Admission Policy
Celebrating events and festivals has become an integral part of learning and building a strong cultural belief and Trident also builds emotional intelligence and social relations locally, nationally and globally.
Hence, great attention is paid in choosing the parents. We expect at least one parent to be fluent in conversing in English and they are committed and dedicated towards their child’s development and growth.
The school offers classes from Nursery to Grade IX, each year we increase a class, the students per class are – 20 to 25.
Admission Process
Classes Offered
- Pre Primary to Grade IX
- Admissions to grade I and above are subject to availability of seats.
Registration Process: General Instructions:
- Obtain Prospectus & Registration form from the campus.
- Date of Personal Interview or Aptitude Assessment / Test will be intimated on submission of Registration form.
- Admission to Grade I to Grade IX will solely depend on availability of seats.
- After confirmation, admission form to be filled in and signed by Parent.
- Fee to be paid along with submission of admission form.
Admission to Grade 1 to Grade IX:
- Admission to Nursery & Prep I classes is through Personal Interview and Observation. Both procedures would be conducted on the same day.
- Both parents, along with the child, need to be present for the Personal Interview and Observation.
- Date and Timings for Personal Interview and Observation will be intimated when the Form is procured.
Admission for Prep II ( U.K.G ) and Upwards:
There will be written Aptitude Assessment Test for students seeking admission into PP II to class VII at the Campus. The Date and Timings will be intimated when the Form is obtained on payment.
- Analysis of performance by school authorities.
- Based on the performance in the Personal Interview / Aptitude Assessment Test of the prospective student, the student along with both the parents would have to attend a personal interview with the Principal.
- Please Note : Submission of Admission Form and attending the Personal Interview / Observation or taking the Aptitude Assessment Test does not guarantee admission.
Documents to be submitted:
The following documents need to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Duly filled and signed Admission Forms.
- 4 Passport size colour photographs of the child and 2 photographs of parents as well.
- Xerox copy of Date of Birth certificate (Original document issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority is to be produced for verification at the time of admission).
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- Xerox Copy of the progress report of last-class attended from the previous school (wherever applicable).
- Original Transfer Certificate from previous school on confirmation of admission.
- Certificate from the previous school on confirmation of admission.

- A late fee of Rs.2000 will be charged after the due date of each term.
- In case fees are not paid for more than 30 days from the due date, the child’s name will be struck off the school rolls. The concerned child may be re-admitted at the discretion of the school management after payment of fees, fine and a special fee of Rs.5000.
